First blog post - finally! We started the day off with brunch at our friends' house feasting on a whole variety of seafood and then had dinner with grandpa at a local restaurant on the beach. It was wonderful and relaxing. At brunch we had amazing eggs benedict, raw oysters from New Orleans, yellowtail snappers from the Bahamas baked in a crust of salt, stone crabs from Chokoloskee (west coast of Florida) with the yummy mustard dipping sauce, and shrimp cooked in some kind of wonderful butter sauce. Thanks John and Steph for having us over! Everything was delicious.
